Where technique becomes language. This creative and performance-based journey guides the dancer in forging a unique artistic identity—spanning improvisation and choreographic dramaturgy, Contact Improvisation and partnering, urban energy and acrobatic physicality, all the way to contemporary training as a daily practice of adaptability. It is an ongoing workshop where the body learns not only to move but to communicate, take risks, and create.
Laban-Forsythe technique
An analytical exploration of space and the architecture of the body. It provides physical and cognitive tools to deconstruct movement, break habitual motor patterns, and generate new geometries.
Improvisation techniques
Practices aimed at freeing the body from preset movements. The class trains physical readiness, responsiveness to impulse, and the ability to generate authentic movement in real time.
Workshop on auteur dance
The space where the dancer becomes a creator. A guided journey into choreographic composition, dramaturgical research, and the development of one's own artistic uniqueness.
Acro physical theatre
A fusion of theatrical presence, expressive intent, and extreme physicality. It prepares the performer to use acrobatics and gesture as genuine tools of dramaturgical storytelling.
