On September 13, 2024, the “Attimo Pilates” studio—run by Andrea Truzzi, a certified A.U.B. graduate who also teaches academic Pilates courses to Academy students in years 1 through 4—was inaugurated within the prestigious Teatro Carcano Dance School.

Set in the evocative atmosphere of the Teatro Carcano—specifically within one of the dance school’s studios—“Attimo Pilates” offers Pilates classes using large equipment. These sessions are available to all students of Accademia Ucraina di Balletto and the TAM program who wish to enhance their physical capabilities and develop strength, flexibility, and control.

The studio will be equipped with all the major pieces of apparatus most renowned in the method to provide a comprehensive training experience: four Universal Reformers, two Cadillacs, two Wunda Chairs, and a Ladder Barrel.

The studio is open from Monday to Saturday, and lessons can be purchased for individuals, couples, or small groups of up to four students with similar ages and needs.

The studio is also open to the general public.
