Erika Poletto is a professional dancer and an instructor of contemporary dance and Pilates. After graduating from Codarts University of the Arts in Rotterdam in 2017, she launched her international career in Sweden with Skånes Dansteater and continued in the Netherlands as a freelance dancer, collaborating with various international choreographers, including Jiri Pokorny on *The Little Great People*. Since 2021, she has been working in Italy with artists and companies on the contemporary scene, such as Samir Calixto, Silvia Giordano, and ESENCO dance movement. In 2024, she performed in the opera *Guillaume Tell* at Teatro alla Scala in Milan, featuring choreography by Silvia Giordano and direction by Chiara Muti. She is currently collaborating with VIDAVÈ Company on the project *Coraggio, La sfortuna non esiste*, set to premiere at TorinoDanza in September 2026. Alongside her performance work, she teaches contemporary dance and Pilates across the Lombardy and Piedmont regions; since 2025, she has also been collaborating with La Cap Re|Hub on the organization and coordination of the artist residency projects *LIEVITO* and *TRANSIRE*, funded by the Tuscany region.
